Get in Tune: I was emailing back and forth with Glen and finally met him at the Metro Expo and he remembered me! He got me a little confused with someone else but I was impressed anyway. I didn't get to stay for the presentation but I was able to meet with him one-on-one since he's located in my town.
Xtreme Sounds: Friendly, Prof., impressive video presentation. The only thing I didn't like was I wasn't given a price sheet. I like to play around with my options and go back and forth quite often. I'd like to have the freedom to play around with package options on my own without having to call them all the time. But I guess that's not worth being a deciding factor!
Body Rock: Door was locked and lights off when I showed up to the appointment![]()
I live in Ronkonkoma and they are in Mineola! By the time I got home (45 min. later) I called and the girl said 'wel we are here why didn't you ring the bel?' I told her because I didn't see it. What really upset me was that she hung up on me! ![]()

Bravura: Excellent presentation. Meeting with them made me realize that I'd love to have live musicians playing playing the DJ. Unfortunately they are a little on the pricey side. Willing to work with budgets.
FM Entertainment: I almost did not go to the showcase today. I'm really glad I did. Instead of watching video presentations Frank set up the equipment and went through different options as if he was at an event. It was nice seeing the MC do it rather than watching the video! After the presentation he sat down with each group (three groups including us) And was able to build a package custom to us at a very reasonable price. If anyone is having children there he can also set up an area for children with activities for them!
I'm still supposed to meet with one or two more companies.
Overall I loved each and everyone of these companies (with the obvious exception!)! I am confident that each one would provide great services for my wedding. All offered custom packages, live musicians, plasma screen etc.... that I'm interested in. It's going to be hard to make this decision!
I do recommend meeting with a few companies because I have walked away with new ideas from each meeting. Like Bravura was the one who made me and FH want a percussionist. Then Frank for FM was talking about a live video feed that I thought was such a good idea! My room is long and half is for seating and half for dancing. And I think the video will make it easier for everyone to see the cake cutting and other things no matter where they are!
