Can anyone reccommend a classy DJ? I heard Big Hits Entertainment was good, but I don't know much. I appreciate the help!

What type of genre are you leaning towards? I know a Spanish DJ company that are very elegant..they are called Elegancia.

We don't want any contests/shout outs, etc. We want an awesome DJ who knows when to talk, but barely needs to.

DJ's will generally cater toward what you want - more involvement or less involvement, hand-outs or none... I think if you meet with some DJ's that interest you you will get a feel for what they are like and how closely they fit your needs. We really liked LI Sound DJ and we're looking for the same feel I think with a little more upbeat dance music worked in.

Dj's should do what you want. I have many demands like no shout outs, go give aways, no requests for music I didn't approve and FM entertainment is providing the exact enviorment I want.

You can check them out if you want, but anyone you pick should honor your wishes as the birde and groom

We booked with Bravura.. I think they have the atmosphere you are looking for and if you go to their website you can see when they are playing (i think in Feb) and you can hear them live before you even talk to them!

Bravo Sound in Long Island City, this is one of the main reasons we booked them, we don't want some guido loud mouth shouting out and making unnecessary announcements the whole time, lol!

We just booked with Vinny from High Voltage. He actually talked us OUT of getting an MC/DJ combo by saying that unless we really needed someone shouting and dancing all night it wasn't worth it. He is really affordable, personable and willing to work with what you're looking for. FM me for more info!
