djs-who are you using?

ok everyone-now that my florist search is over (as of wednesday-yay!), im moving on to djs

i know theres a thousand posts on this, but could everyone post who you are using? also, do you know if any djs would be able to send a dvd of their work so that i dont have to go to a showcase? is this available ever?

i booked with afterhours and they will def give you dvds....but def go meet with phil bc you will love him!

I'm using Tommy Tunes they are awesome!!! I can't say whether or not they send DVDs bc I have seen them at other weddings as well as showcases so I knew what they were like. I did however ask to see dvds while I was at their office to choose which MC I wanted. So they might have them. I'm honestly not sure. Anyother questions don't hesitate. They were also very familiar with JT even though they're not a reccomended vendor. HTH GL

Yeahhhhh me too!!
I have the dvds if you want them.
Once I get a link up from the eparty, you can hear/see a 22 minutes clip of it. Look for a post my sis put up: Kimbiz1's eparty pics. I know I added a review of the vendors.

We also just booked with Tommy Tunes last week! We booked them on the spot, we did not see any showcase but in the office they showed us some video clips of weddings with the MC that we chose. I'm sure they would send you a dvd if you asked. FM me if you'd like more info!! i think they were very reasonable and definitely worked with us.

I am booking with them...they do not have a promotional DVD as they don't feel that its an accurate representation of what they can do...the private showcases are really awesome, they were the only DJ I saw and I plan on booking with them ASAP!
