DAVE MATTHEWS BAND 'ISLAND GETAWAY' AT RANDALL'S ISLAND, NY
DMB is excited to be returning to New York City on Saturday, July 30th and Sunday, July 31st. Close to Manhattan and set against the New York City skyline, the all-day events on Randall's Island promise to be unique experiences. Musical performances on two stages will begin early afternoon and continue into the evening. Additional artists will be announced as soon as they are confirmed. A variety of food and beverage stands will be on-site serving traditional and non-traditional fare throughout each day. We will be sending out updates on the show as it develops.
The venue will be set up amphitheatre-style with both reserved seats and general admission lawn. Tickets are $61.50 reserved and $54.50 lawn. Limited parking spaces are available at the venue at no charge on a first-come first serve basis, however, you are encouraged to take public transportation to get to the venue.
VIP tickets and passes are available for $250.00. The VIP ticket includes seating in a prime location in the reserved seat area near the front of the main stage. Your VIP Pass allows access to a spacious party area with free food and beverages. A special Premier Parking section for VIP Pass holders only, convenient to the venue's main entrance, is also available for an additional fee of $20.00. The Warehouse Ticketing Request Period is now open and will close on Thursday, April 7th.

Re: DMB Fans... Check it out!
I think you can request up to 4 seats per day via the Warehouse. Then, once the tickets actually go on sale to the public, you can try to buy more.

Re: DMB Fans... Check it out!
I was able to buy 4 tickets ( I did) ...you can choose 'best available' with a shot at getting reserved seats, and if not available Lawn seats. If you choose' reserved seating' and they sell out, your out of luck. You find out your seating arrangements when the online period is over. I got tickets via the Warehouse 3 times, and I never got great seats, because I was never a member longer then 2 years max at the time, but it didnt matter, still doesnt to me.
You can only buy 4 tickets to any show thru the Warehouse, you can buy more tickets ( to another seperate show) though...one ticekt sale per day.
It usually takes about a week-2 weeks to find out where the seats are.
Also, the lawn seating depends on what stadium...I have gone to CTMeadows in CT. a few times and gotten lawn, and you sit right on the lawn, no chairs.
