IF you had your license and then had it taken away and now you start over from Permit up can you still drive the car?

as long as you were reissued the permit.... with the proper person in the car with you i guess that's ok

with a permit you have some restrictions so as long as the restrictions are followed (I think you can only drive to and from work and not after 9pm) then you can but I also think you have to have a licensed driver in the car with you.
