for guests to and from the RH? Or is that something that has to be provided by the host/hostess? My reception is at the North Ritz Club so if you know of anything in that general vicinity, I'd appreciate the tip off. TIA!

Some do and some don't, you would have to ask the hotel. And if they do they usually charge extra for it.

exactly... I was surprised that the ones in Huntington charge about $550 for the service, even if THEY own the shuttles!
BUT... I found Syosset Limousines that has a shuttle bus that fits 29 people - and a GREAT hotel, the Plainview Marriott Residence Inn. From Bayville to Plavinview, I can get a rate of $650, including tax and gratuity, which isn't much more than what you would pay to stay in Huntington, and you'll be closer to the North Ritz Club if you stay in Plainview. Plus it's the PERFECT hotel.
If you want to call Syosset Limos, speak to Danny... he's SOOO nice!!!

Are you using the Hilton for your guests? My mom seems to think we should just go with the Best Western on Sunrise Hwy as its closest to CLM and my church...but I don't think Melville is all that bad of a trip. So they really offer a free shuttle? How many pp does it transport?

No it is not for FREE we offer shuttle service but for a FEE. We are cheaper then local limo companies b/c we offer unlimited trips to and from the hall and they are yours in between the ceremony. The fee is like $400-500 per shuttle. It is about 20 minutes from CLM

Don't know where's N. Ritz but Wingate offers free shuttle service and free breakfast. And the best bridal suites!!! I love Wingate, all my guests raved about it!

Best western offers shuttle service w/in a 5 mile radius. It is on Jericho TPke. I think NRC is in that radius.

OMG!!! I read FREE, too!!!!!!! I feel better that I didn't book there now because I totally felt like I should have if their shuttle was FREE! I knew I probably called them, and it was FREE, I probably would have booked it! Thanks for clearing that up for me - especially now that it's too late to change everything! lol

The Wingate Inn also offers shuttle service. They told us $100.00 to the Stewart Manor and back, but we're fairly close to the hotel anyway, so i am sure it would be more if your hall is a bit further away. they offer FREE shuttle runs depending on how many rooms you book. (She told me every 10 rooms booked = one shuttle run and i'm hoping to have about 20 so that should do it!)
