...have a problem with FH speaking to past girlfriends? I am not talking about face to face speaking but either by email or by phone on random occassions.

No he doesnt, and to be honest this is just me i dont see a reason why he would want to ......Plus i dont need a reminder of who he slept with - so if he did i would want him to stop ....thats just me -

FH has an 8 year old daughter so he has to talk to his ex (his daughter's mother). In the beginning it used to bother me the relationship he has with her (even though I knew why they had to talk, I just couldn't help feeling the way I did) but now I completely trust him and know & understand why they broke it off, so I'm completely ok with it now.

he doesn't talk to any of them - which I am kind of glad about. i'm not sure if i would care or not - probably a bit (i am a jealous gf - i try not to be but i just can't help it!)

Nope, I completely trust him. FH has to talk to his ex-wife bc they have a daughter together, no problem there.
My FH sometimes goes out with his ex girlfriends. They just hang out as the friends they are. I trust him 100%, heck two of them are comming to the wedding. If you can't trust you FH to remain loyal to you, then there really isn't going to be a marriage. I remember hearing on the radio about this woman who flipped out at her husband because he has a snow blower and offers to snow blow the neibgors drive ways. Well a divorsed woman thank him for doing her driveway and had him come in her house for a cup of coco. His wife flipped! Well if she can't trust her husband to be alone with some woman then how does she let him go to work?
