Do any of you have someone who likes to.....

pop over unannounced all the time?
We hate it! We've told her over and over to call first because this person always comes over at the worst times (like before we are about to eat or after we just lifted weights and are sweaty and gross or when we need to run out the door for an appt.) Grrr!!! I just ran into her at the store and she said 'Oh, I'm always passing by your block.I'll have to stop by.' I said 'Call first because we may be busy.' She said ' I never have my cell phone on me and I'm in the area.' This person lives in the area. How can we get it through her head? Call first!
She pops over when we are about to eat and our meals are left to go cold or when we need to run out the door and she doesn't take a hint.

tell her to call up BEFORE she leaves the house if she thinks she might stop by, that you two are very busy people

We've both told her several times. It goes in one ear and out the other. I kept telling her that she has to call because when she comes over,its always at the worst time. She still insisted that its ok. I even told her that I will NOT answer the door if I am in the middle of working out or something.
She still doesn't get it. I guarantee she will be popping over again within the next week. This girl is THICK HEADED!

my inlaws do that all the time, and I HATE it

when she rings the bell, do not answer. I hate when people do that. If Roger and I are not expecting anyone, we do not answer our door bell.

Whats even more annoying is me and my husband both have told her several times that she needs to call first to make sure we aren't busy.
How dumb can she be? She insists its ok to do it anyway. I guess she will learn when we don't answer the door.

My girlfriend does this alot, she's lucky I love her! My other friend calls 5 min before & says shes coming she says at least she gives me warning!

This person also never leaves when she drops by.
Its so annoying.
