at midnight? I think I am. THIS IS OUR YEAR! everything changes this year. first holidays as a married couple. being able to work on building a family without worrying about what other people might have to say about it. we waited our whole lives for this...and even when i found the right one...i waited 7+ more years for him to propose. I already am feeling a little overwhelmed emotionally by this year approaching...and I always get a little emotional at the start of a new year. I really think i'm gonna cry! the other day auld lang syne came on and i got a little teary eyed.

Umm, I think the YAZ I am on will make sure the crying that's been happening A LOT lately will continue

But I think I am going to make a toast at dinner tonight, it's just FH and I and I want him to know how excited I am to be beginning such a great year!

I cried already, but it wasn't really about the wedding. It was about who couldn't be there. . .

I actually usually wanna cry every year... its always so sad to end another year. but this year is actually the first year I dont mind welcoming... its the year I get to marry the love of my life. I wont be crying!

I actually got teary eyed and a knot in my stomach when 12 hit cause its like its finally here!!! I was wondering if I was the only one that felt this way!!! I kinda felt silly but now I have to get back into wedding planning I only have 60 days left and I feel the pressure already!!!

I did! lol my dad always digs out the noise makers and we stand on the stoop at midnight and set them off and watch the firewors ( always fireworks around here) well i started to get teary eyed then everyone went out and i was looking at the stars cause it is soooooo pretty put tonight and i was thinking WOW its 2008 im getting married THIS YEAR! and i started to cry lol i waited a few minutes then went back in!

I didn't cry at midnight, as we were with FH's family tonight. But as we were leaving for home afterwards, in the elevator alone, FH said to me, 'This is OUR year!' and I almost lost it! All smiles, lots of kisses, but no tears yet.

Except until now, as I'm reading all of your posts!!! You're all making me cry here!!! FH is asleep and I'm up watching 'The Honeymooners' marathon, as it's a tradition in my family and I'm too excited to sleep! I've been overly emotional the past few days anyway, but thinking that on New Year's next year we'll already be married is just putting me over the edge!!!
