Do anyone know how to.............

highlight all your data (i usually just click the upper left hand box...the empty one that's inbetween the number for the rows and the letters for the columns).

Then go to 'data' on top...then 'sort'

You can choose which column you want to sort by. if your names are under column A...just choose column A from the pull down list. If you want the names going from A --> Z, you just choose an 'ascending' order.

Be sure to highligh all your information though....not just the names column. That will ensure that all correlating data will be sorted also. If you just highlight the names column, only the names will sort...everything else will stay in place (this is only if you have more than one column on your spreadsheet).
