Hi Ladies,

I have a question. My dress is a ball gown made of silk satin. However, the dress that my bridesmaids are considering is made of chiffon which is a lighter diaphonous material(see below). Will their dresses clash with mine fabricwise? Will it look weird if their dresses are not satiny ( or of a shiny fabric ) too? I am particularly wondering if we might come out looking weird in pictures. Any thoughts appreciated.

I think it is fine. You don't have to match. Remember YOU and your FH are supposed to be different and special!

I think it will look great....i wanted my BM's to wear pink/black...and now i dont think that will go with my dress at all!!! :( soooo sad..

my dress is also silk satin...and i think that chifon material will go well.....

My BM's didn't even match each other My MOH's dress complimented mine.
