Do Bubbles stain?

Do Bubbles stain?

Hi Brides,

I'm thinking about having people blow bubbles after the ceremony, but I've heard they could stain your dress. Is this a myth or is it true? Has it happened to anyone?

i had bubbles and it didnt stain my dress

and its funny bc i worried about this too and other brides too but meanwhile when it comes to your dress getting dirty, that is one you dont have to worry about. The bottom get so filthy, and i even was shocked when i walked out of the church and looked down to see how dirty my dress was. I knew it would get dirty but didnt think that dirty towards the beginning of the day. I dont know why i didnt anticipate it, i mean our dresses are dragging across the floor, then outside it drags on the floor lol. So trust me, bubble stains are the last thing you should worry about.

And it can always come out, i also ended up having some weird orange stain on the front bodice of my dress, it was from flowers in the church i think. But my DOC was able to take it out

We had bubbles and they didn't even come that close to us as we came done the aisle after the ceremony. Not to worry at all!!! I have never heard of them staining. When you blow a bubble it doesn't last that long.

My aunt got married like ten years ago and they had bubbles and in the limo going from the church to the reception, my baby cousin spilled them ALL OVER MY DRESS lol. I had a big stain but I think thats just because the ENTIRE bottle was poured on me. I really doubt that a few bubbles will do any harm though! :)

Oh yes they stain... I was at a wedding where they were blowing bubbles and the bubbles stained 3 of our dresses.
The cleaners was not able to get the stain out!!

I've heard people complain that they do stain.. but when I used the bubbles at another wedding it did get on my dress but there was no stain... maybe it depends on the material.

My photographer begged us not have bubbles at the ceremony. He said that they stain, and he has to retouch so many pictures because the stains are visible in the photos. I am staying away from them...even though I love them. I am not a fan of bird seed and the church doesn't let you throw petals or rice, so I don't know what I am going to do.

what happens when other things will stain your dress? lol your photographer just has to deal with it...the day of my wedding just about everything else stained my dress BUT the bubbles lol. The dress is getting filthy no matter what, unless you are not gonna walk down the aisle or not walk on the floor

Re: Do Bubbles stain?

i cant see it being a problem unless they are blowing the bubbles directly on your dress and inch away. There are a lot of people who do that now a days....
