Im trying to figure out what quote or saying to put on the table with my fathers picture. My dad turned me on to literature and poetry, so I was thinking of using one of these quotes. Do either of them work? or does it just not seem fitting for what it is. (btw im viewing it as something he would be saying to me)

i love the shakespeare quote. that's really cool of you to do that in honor of your dad in such a unique way

Hmmm...I like them but I don' t think they are fitting for the occassion...I'll look through some of my stuff and let you know if I can find anything, I have tons of quotes and whatnot b/c I have my masters in English Lit so hopefully I can help!

I think I would choose the Shakespere one. It could have to do with our destiny to be with the one we are marrying. The one by Walt Whitman, doesn't, and I think people who aren't into Lit will not get it.

I LOVE Whitman! Although I'm not sure if it fits for a wedding. What about something from cummings or I used this...

I like the Shakespeare quote better but I think the Emily Bronte quote posted above would be more appropriate.
