Do florists always let you see samples of your CPs?

Do florists always let you see samples of your CPs?

We're using J a c k & R o s e and the lady didn't offer me the opportunity to see what the CPs will look like. I'm not sure if I'll like them & I wanna know so I can change them if need be.

Do you get to see bo'oks too?

My florist insist we see the sample as there might be some things, we don't like or want to add..I think you should speak with that lady and ask her on this. To my knowledge, they are suppose to let you see it, esp if you are going with them..My florist even made a sample of my MOHs and mines...really attentive and nice..

Your florist should definetly let you see samples of your center pieces and your bouquets.

Yes we went about 3 weeks ago to see our final CP's and they came out wonderful.

you need to talk to her!! you have to see it what if there are things that you want to change??

okay - just off the phone with the lady I met with & she just goes... 'oh you want to see samples? Your wedding is so soon, people usually do this 6 months ahead of time.'

I said 'yes well we were really operating at your discretion, this is my first wedding. We were assured that we would be taken care of when we signed with you, and that is one of the reasons we chose your florist. I'm surprised the offer wasn't extended as you are the expert.'

she's seeing me now Wednesday at 2pm.

Don't let her bully you! I was looking at samples 2 weeks before my wedding because there were things that needed to get corrected! It will all work out.

ETA - We only saw CP's not bouquets or anything.

UHHHHHHHH yeah what are they getting paid for anyway huh but I am seeing my CP in 2 weeks and my wedding is June so WHAT THE HELL IS SHE TALKING ABOUT??

We're absolutely seeing samples and I think I have up until one month before the wedding to change my mind or alter things. I highly suggest seeing a sample - that way your %100 sure you love it!

Usually they have a book or even sample pieces in the showroom.

My florist made me a sample of my centerpiece before I booked them and then I go back like 2 weeks before to see it again and to see my bo-k

You should request that they make a sample before you commit to them. If they refuse, then you can go elsewhere because they're not to be trusted. You're entitled to see the quality of their flowers and their creativity!

it depends to a florist. We went to Flowers by Brian and he didn't show us sample until we sign a contract so we skip them....went to Pedestal and Vito help us a lot..he show us different flowers, setting and what color look better.

My mentality is, if I can't see, smell, feel or taste it I wont buy it.

I'm so frustrated that I had to call this place to request a sample viewing, and if it weren't for LIW I wouldn't have known to.

The lady also said she can't make me a sample bo'ok of my style or the girls' styles because she doesn't have enough time. Hmph. She said they had a cancellation so that's how I'm fitting in before the date of the wedding.... then she insinuated that because I had two appointments to pick my flowers (I couldn't decide what I wanted at the 1st meeting) that's why we didn't schedule a sample CP appointment. She said 2 sessions to pick flowers is 'not usual but it's okay you did that.'

Did anyone else go in 2x to pick their flowers?

I saw a sample of my CP at a bridal show, but all florists are different. I won't see my bo-k's till the day before, and then I get to tell thm if I want any changes made.
