What's the order of the processional anyway, since I'm at it?

I think it's a great idea if your grandparents are up for it! I had my grandmother in the procession. My brother escorted my mother and grandmother down the aisle.
This was the order of our procession. I'm not sure if it's exactly 'correct,' but it worked well for us.
Groom's parents Bride's grandmother and mother, escorted by Bride's brother Bridesmaids (one at a time) Maid of honor Bride with Bride's father

We had our grandparents in the processional. DH's grandmother and my grandmother walked together. Then his grandparents walked and then DH's parents, etc.

Between the both of us there is only one living grandparent - DH's grandmother so we definitely wanted to honor her. DH's older brother walked her down the aisle at our wedding.

In a Jewish processional, grandparents do walk. Only one of ours is still living, so she walked down the aisle with her son (DH's Uncle).

We are having my GP's walk as well We want to honor them, and DH's GP's are not with us.. I'm not sure what is 'right' though. I think that it's up to you, and the priest..I guess!

We did. We both have one living Grandparent each who mean so very much to us. We couldn't leave them out.

My dad insisted on his mom walking down, so we did
My Godfather walking my Grandmother My Brother walking my mom (then running around to walk his wife, both in BP) DH's parents Bridesmaids and Ushers MOH Me and Dad
