Do half up/half down styles look good at the end of the night?
I saw someone's wedding pics, maybe on wedding story, I forget, but anyway,
SHE PUT HER HAIR IN A PONY TAIL by the time she was cutting her cake!
My hair almost always winds up in a ponytail at the end of the day, without me even realizing it. I hope to God I don't do something like that.
My question, has anyone seen a bride who had her hair half down where it still looked good, or looked really bad at the end????

I have only known one bride to wear her hair down and she looked great at the end of the night. I think it depends on your type of hair. If you have thin hair and it gets sweaty and limp when you are dancing, it will look stringy. If you have thicker hair, it will probably stay nicer.
Also depends on your hairstylist. Some are really talented at making your hair do things it wouldn't normally do.

I have been going to weddings and having my hair done for them as a hair trial, and the last wedding I went to I had my hair half up and half down, I did not like the way it looked at the end of the nite. It was still up, but pieces were sticking out here and there, and it looked kind of fkat. JMO. HTH I am going to have it all up just so it does not look bad at the end of the nite.

mine was half up half down & even the next day I had a hard time taking it down (the half up part) ! If done right theres no problem
mine stayed perfectly.

Annmarie13 had her 1/2 up and 1/2 down and I thougtht it still looked terrific at 1 in the morning!
Like Jennbaby said- if done correctly, is shouldn't move.
I plan on wearing my hair that way--- AND If mine moves... BOY will my stylist HEAR IT! I'll ask for my money back!!!!! and I'll back it up with pictures.

I wore my hair half up/down as a bridesmaid and I couldn't get the top to move even after I took the pins out! All depends on the stylist!

i agree with jenn baby and Sunny i wore my hair half up and half done and it looked fine all night. i actually had a hard time taking it down as well. look at my pics in my review of the cake cutting and you will see how it held up and that was toward the end of the night
