DO I BRING MY MOM FH, MOH TO REGISTER WITH ME??

Do i bring just FH to register, or can i/should i bring my mom and MOH?

FH and I went alone. ITs pretty overwhelming, IMO, and i thought bringing others was too much

Totally. I didn't want my mom scrutinizing everything we picked (though she undoubtedly will once she sees the registry).

FH and I did it alone--it's a nice experience.

yea i was thinking that...FH is begging to register at best buy and get stuff he wants! lol.. hes kidding..but if i said yes..he'd be down! lol

FH and i went alone.

my mom had WAY too much to say about it when she looked online. my mom and grandma have also already bought a bunch of things that i didn't have to register for (luggage, food processor, kitchenaid mixer, etc.) so she already picked a bunch of stuff out for me already.

We went together just the two of us. Our moms & moh aren't going to live in our house with us, no one is aware of what we already own as we are.

This is an experience to check with ur FH what U guys want in ur house....

FH had NOOOOO interest in going.. he hates shopping and I really value my mom's opinion, so the 3 of us went together but he took his own car so that when he was done, he could just leave. He stayed for about 45 minutes and then left. I was fine with that because I didn't want to hear him complain after hour number 1!!!

I went with just FH. My MIL invited herself to a registry event we went to once at Fortunoff (that's how long ago it was) and I did NOT appreicate her opinions.

You can always make a basic registry and then show some key people to get advice

i went with my fiance. it was pretty overwhelming though and he went a little trigger happy at some points. by the time we got to the second store, we were both over it.

I just did it online, and honestly did it myself

FH wanted to of course see everything, especially the big stuff like our dish set and bedroom set (and he gave his opinions and we changed accordingly) but I did it myself. He always tells me he'd rather me do stuff like this

However, had I gone to the store physically, he would have came. And I wouldn't bring any other people--they won't be the ones living with you, so their opinions might just be confusing.

FH and I went alone, and then I called my mom and asked her to look at our registries and got her advice on what we needed/didn't need and if we should add anything.

It's really up to you. I did most of it myself online and then FH and I went together to add a few things that we wanted to see in person like pillows, curtains, comforter etc.
