my cousin is going to be in my bridal party- she's 15. she had light brown hair , freckles- very cute kid...
she just dyed her hair jet black, 3 weeks before our wedding.
im not asking her to dye it back or anything...but do you think i have the right to be a little annoyed that she didnt wait til after the wedding? be honest

yep, i would be.
i know that it's her hair and everything but that's very extreme to do right before someone's wedding-- she could have just waited three weeks to do that... the first thing, before making that decision, that i would have thought of was my cousin and being in the BP!

I probably would be annoyed to but people cant revolve their lives around us brides! hehe although we would want them to! plus she is a teenager! they dont think!

I think once her hair is back in an updo it probably won't be that big of a deal. As someone else said...she could have died it pink or green or something like that.

She's only 15 and your wedding is only one day in her life. Although its a very important day for you, you cant expect that she would 'hold off' on dying her hair just for your wedding. Hey...she may have even done it to look good for your wedding. Who knows, but dont worry too much about it...its just hair.

yeah... i hear ya- im not worried about it, i was just a little annoyed... i mean, i really thought my aunt couldve at least told her to wait...

aaaahhh, dealing with the things people do by not planning it around your wedding. I have to tell you, i just found out that my future sister-in-law/bridesmaid is pregnant & due 2 DAYS before my wedding, lol now what was SHE thinking!! The funny part is, even a little of me was like WHAT??? lol, it's natural. Look on the bright side, it's black hair... for me, it might be labor

i agree..teenagers dont think sometimes...i dont think she even made a deal of it, im sure if she knew it'd bother u, she may have held outt....feel better...dont let HAIR get to u...

I would be a lil annoyed but only b/c its right before my wedding-but otherwise its no biggie-it will probably look great in an updo as everyone else mentioned

It's just hair. Don't worry too much about it. My best friend had redish blond hair, freckles, and blue eyes and dyed her hair black a few years ago and has kept it that way since. She looks gorgeous that way!
