wear a dress to my bridal shower??? Can I just wear nice pants or suit??? I am so self-conscious in a dress.

I don't think you have to wear a dress! It's your shower you should be able to wear whatever you want. Wearing nice pants and top would be completely fine!

My shower is supposed to be a surprise, so I wouldn't be shocked if I showed up in jeans and a sweater.

unless you bridal shower is a suprise you may show up in sweats! lol... but if you know about it, I think just wearing dress pants and a nice top is fine. You could even dress up a nice pair of jean if you really wanted to.

the last bridal shower i went to the bride to be wore nice pants and a nice top, i think she looked nice

My cousin recently had her shower and she wore a dressy pair of slacks and a cute top....she looked great!

When my friend had her shower, she wore black pants and a nice light blue pinstriped blazer. She looked very good!

Nothing wrong with wearing pants an a fun blouse to your shower. I feel the same way about dresses. I hate to wear them especialy short skirts/dresses, hate my legs..
