I dont think you have to. I would like to use it but FH doesnt want to... we are going to compromise with the middle inital

i dont know! I want my middle name because i love the way my 1st and middle sound together. FH doesnt want his middle name though

thats one thing fh and i said H E L L NO about but we both have weird a** middle names i was even saying thank god its our middle names bc if both of us had our middle names as our first that would be brutal

I want/wanted to, but FH doesn't have one and the way that we are formatting the wording and our names makes FH's name look small and it gets lost (since his name is only 4 letters and mine is 11). So I just decided to leave it off. I really like my name together and always thought I'd have it on my invite, but I realized it's really not the biggest deal.

FH doesn't like his middle name so we won't be doing that.

fh doesnt have a middle name & my first name is Mary Elisabeth but FH said if we wrote that on the invitation no one would know who he was marrying since everyone calls me MB or Marybeth

OMG! We are totally NOT using our middle names and my FH is a III (like andrew nicholas lastname III) too!

We are not formal at all, our invites read like a few lines asking people to celebrate with us and I'm OK with that. Seriously, we're also older 32 and 35 and even though my parents and his mom are helping us with the costs, everyone is divorced and what not - FH's father isn't giving us a dime towards anything, so we're leaving their names off our invites and being simple as can be...

We're just going by the names people know us as. I know we're probably the only freaks doing this, but that's us

We did - I looooooove FHs midle name - Aubrey Joseph - he has 2 - and his name flows....but thats just us.....no one says you have to!

We did, but we both like our middle names and liked how they looked. You don't have to.

You dont have to....but If you are having a formal wedding 'etiquette' says Yes. We used our middle names.

We used middle names, even though FH is his confirmation name and not on his birth certificate - he chose his late father's name and wanted to use it for that reason.

it really depends on if you want to use it or not. I've seen invites with or without them.
