coworkers to e-party? It is a casual barbecue in Future Brother-In-Law's Backyard. Will turn into a Keg party in the evening.

I would if they qualify for both:

1. they are invited to the wedding
2. You are close to them and won't mind having them in a casual environment.

I am only close to one of them enough for her not to mind me drunk! But I don't want to single her out to the engagement party. It would have to be either all or none.

I wouldn't unless you are very good friends with them. Engagement parties are supposed to be much smaller than weddings and you should have your close family & friends there only.
