I'm meeting with Laurie from LA Blossom tomorrow, do I need to leave a deposit with the florist?

When I met with her I didn't give her a deposit on the spot. She emailed me a contract which I later signed and mailed back witha payment. I think she said to give whatever I wanted to. The contract says 20% though. I gave about 40% because the cost of flowers wasn't that much for me.
