Do I need a cake topper?

Do I need a cake topper? Is that tradition??
Aso anyone have pics of cakes?

You dont have to. I wasnt until someone gave us something that we wanted to use.

You don't need one, you can do whatever you like. Some people put flowers on the top of their cake. I was going to leave the top of my cake plain. Well, technically I did leave the top plain, but I found this really cute cake topper that I put on one the tiers. But it's all up to you!

i don't think i'm going to get one either. i've never really found any that i like - i'd certainly be happy with flowers - although maybe fake ones

You def dont have to put one on, you can replace it with flowers instead. I am going to do a monogrammed one like this:

No I didnt have one but my mom got me a Cinderella figure and I put it on the cake table!!

you don't 'need' anything - you dont want! remember it's your special day! im having a cinderella cake topper bc thats my theme - but i've seen some really beautiful monogram ones like the ones posted above!

Not really....I was going to buy one until I chose my cake. There's no room for a topper, so I'm just doing decorations around the table.

Nope! I got one and they never even put it on top. They ended up putting it next to the cake on the cake table.

ive seen beautiful cakes with and without cake toppers.

You don't have to have one but, I think it's nice to have. You never know you might want to pass it along one day.
