I don't want to go around and collect but I totally forgot about a card box and tonight is my drop off!! Any thoughts

in our case, a lot of our friends waited until the end of the night to give us cards... I had a bag underneath my sweetheart table with some of my things so I put cards in there if someone left early and gave me a card...

You don't need one, but I do think it's a nice touch. Particularly so you don't need to think about cards. I think Michael's carries a basic birdcage if you have time to pick one up...

I was given this as an option - take a box from a department store and gift wrap it with nice paper and slit a hole in the top and keep the box under your table and just slip the cards in as you receive them.
