I think you should bc it will make life easier than trying to figure out who is going to drive where, and who will have their car at who's house etc

I would say that it is easy to miss the entrance to Westbury gardens if you are not from the area. You have a large number of people to coordinate to get over there at the same time. Maybe instead of the limos, you could ask a few people with larger cars to carpool everyone over there. It does seem like a waste to get limos just for that, but might be worth it if you are going to be waiting around for stray members of the BP.
