Not really, but you should have an idea if you are wearing a tiara, hair clip, etc...

I would have at least the Tiara, since not all tiaras sit the same way in your hair.

I would say yes - you want to see how your haristyle will look with the tiara and the veil. My hair person told me she would only do the trial after i got my headpiece
