is this how i would get my guests the shuttle info or do you think the hotel will tell them about shuttle at check-in?

I don't think you have to do them. There have been a few posts about them, I'll see if I can bump them for you.
The shuttle info usually goes on the 'hotel' info card sent with the invites. If doing the OOT bags you could put a reminder in them as well. You could also ask your hotel to remind your guests about the shuttle at check in. HTH

I did the OOT bags just to say thank you for coming so far and staying at the hotel and such.. I also am adding a letter that is the itinerary for the wedding letting them know about the shuttle and such.

you definitely don't need to. We are going to because we think it's a nice touch, and an inconvenience and big expense for our OOTers to come to NY.
If you want to do something inexpensive, we got these bins from the dollar store and are going to put 2 bottles of water, and some other things in there from sam's club, plus another copy of our OOT guide. nothing too crazy.
However, I highly doubt people will be expecting them

thanks gals i think i will contact hotel and see if they can just give shuttle info to guests-- i really can't squeeze any more cash out my *** at this time if at all possible

I think most people expect them. If you want to not spend too much $$ Go to the Dollar Tree- they have nice gift bags, even 'weddingy' ones Put in snacks- snack packs of pretzles, chips, goldfish, etc etc Drinks- water is fine And directions to your ceremony and RH locations, phone # of someone who can give them directions if they get lost or have an emergency.

Usually 1 per hotel room I think....also, the hotel could maybe give out an info sheet with shuttle info etc. if you did that? You could just do a 1 page welcome letter with the details? Just a thought that wouldn't be expensive!

u dont HAVE to i might just do a little basket with some munchies and water but most likely not ill see when the time comes

When I went to block rooms at my hotel, I noticed that a framed letter on the front desk that was for a couple's wedding weekend, basically welcoming their guests and letting them know the schedule, shuttle times, etc. I thought that was really cool!
If you'd rather not do the bags, maybe inquire about something like that...?

NO. Im not doing them.. Its just an added expense that noone I thnk will really care. I mean hopefully they packed everyhing they need LOL

There's no need for it to become a huge DIY project. Just head to a dollar store. But people are going to be flying in and you should offer something to tide them over until the wedding.
