Do I need to invite people who work for me to the wedding?
I know there is some etiquette when it comes to inviting your boss to the wedding, but do I need to invite the girl who works for me? The very short story is that I can't stand her and would really prefer she not be there.

Etiquette or none, I wouldn't. You have to have who YOU want at your wedding.

my philosophy is, don't invite anyone who will make you feel uncomfortable on your day. I'm having a hard time with this as well, especially since I already gave a few people I now can't STAND Save the Dates since I just had started working at my job when I had my e-party, and invited a lot of them then! Yikes! But... STD or not... they're NOT being invited to my wedding because they are NOT nice people, I don't like them and they do NOT treat me nicely or with respect.

You don't have to invite your own mother if you don't want to! It's your day, you get the say in everything!

ugh I dont know what to do about work either! I either have to invite my few close friends, or my whole 'team' which is about 30 people with dates, and i just dont have the damn room!)

it's entirely up to you -- if you don't care for her than don't invite her.

I agree don't invite people you don't want there!! I opted not to invite anyone from work. I have only been there a little over a year.

I say don't invite them too! I don't like my boss and I am not planning on inviting her or anyone else from work for that matter
