Do I need to tip an electrician?

Do I need to tip an electrician?

I'm having two ceiling lights replaced tomorrow, and they charge per half hour. Since the 1/2 hour rate is kinda high, do I need to tip on top of that?

My DH is an electrician and he gets tips every now and then....but I don't think you absolutely have to.
