I am going to do the seating chart you can look as designdocuments.com to get an idea someone on here is doing it and i loved the idea.

I would assume you need something, after all, how do the escorts know where to seat the guests? Personally, I think would probably do a chart.

I would ask the hall.I would think not,if the staff are going to escort them to there seats.

I've been to 3 weddings at East Wind, I would definitely have placecards. It's unrealistic that they can seat everybody. They will miss a few.

i am doing place cards b/c i do not want people who do not get along sitting at the same table. plus i want everyone to feel comfortable so i will be doing a seating chart.

JZNCK I am also an East Wind Bride and have been to a couple of weddings there. I think you have to provide them with a chart at the time you make your last payment then they take care of it.
You know who would be good to ask? Swags!!!!

Re: Do I still need Place cards??
They seat each guest individually, but honeslty the wedding I was at last week, I just walked around them, since I knew I would be sitting with a friend who they seated.
I didn't feel like waiting on the line, so they could walk me to the seat. I would do either seating cards, or the big chart.
