Do I tip the piano player?

I am just having him for the cocktail hour but he is costing me almost double what I wanted to pay (thank god FH doesn't linger on this site....). Anyway, are you supposed to tip him too?

hmmmmm....i would say since they say to tip each band member $25-30 that would be a good amount

$50 sounds like too much?

if you are paying a lot of $$$$ $25 is plenty...it is just a thanks you did a great job ...but then again it is totally up to you
