Say you get audited do they get a percentage of what they find you made an error on?

When you say agent, do you mean auditor or special agent? They're two different things. Either way, I don't believe they make a comission. I'll find out for ya' tonight.

My father works for the IRS (please don't hate me or him he is a very nice man) and they do not get a comission.
