Do matching shoes matter for BM and FG's?

Do matching shoes matter for BM and FG's?

My BM's are wearing cocktail length dresses. I was thinking of just telling them to wear a pewter sandal. Does it matter that they will have different shoes?

Same with the FG's. Their dresses will be ankle length. do they have to wear the same style shoe?

not to me, not at all....maybe just pick a color & that's it. if you're going with matching dresses - then this will give the girls a chance to express their individualism.

I dont think it matters. I told them the color and they can choose any style.

not at all! you won't see them anyway! unless you have a tea length dress ...then i would get something that matches..but i don't think it has to be the same color!

I am doing either Navy or Lavendar dresses and I told the girls to get any pair of open toed silver shoes.

The dresses are floor length, I could care less what the shoes looked like.

I was just in a wedding where we wore tea length dresses and had our shoes dyed to match. No one cared or said a thing. But, it may be different with metallic shoes.

I don't think it has to be the same exact color match..but get a shoe that you can pair with the color of the dress (i.e. pink may go well with a taupe)
