No group dances, no Celine Dion, no Rihanna (because I hate them) no Jack Johnson, DMB (FH hates them), no country, nothing cheesy, definitely nothing that the DJ will come onto our dance floor and start singing along to (we saw this at a wedding recently and were horrified - the DJ singing along to the song and dancing in the middle of a circle of wedding guests - I could not believe he was stealing the spotlight like that!).
The list goes on ... we are very picky lol

Oh my gosh.. SHOUT is my absolute fav wedding song. It's the best when a band plays it... loooove it

I think Shout is the kind of song that if people are not dancing it will get people to dance. If people are dancing it shouldn't be played.

I didn't give my band a list, I just told them what I liked and didn't like and they were great. I did say I don't like group dances and they told me they only play them if the bride and groom tell them they want them.
Oh and I told them no Bruce Springsteen no matter how much my friend Brian begged (which he would do just to piss me off.)
