DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE ZELLER LIMOUSINE
Hi ladies I had a beautiful wedding and it was b/c of great advise that I received from this board. I just had one terrible terrible vendor and that was zeller limousine.
First they showed up at our front door saying we had a $400 balance. I directed my maid of honor to get our receipts which showed our zero balance.
Second and worst of all these unprofessional drivers came to me and asked me for directions to get to the chuch.![]()
I seriously could not believe they didn't know. Mind you I did not give directions to anything to any of our vendors. All they requested was addresses. So anyway I told the driver to take Eastern Parkway. He did not take Eastern Parkway and we ended up taking longer than normal to get to the church.
Third we come out the church after the ceremony and they ask for directions for us to get to Coral House. I said I seriously can not believe you all would show up without directions. So the driver says he was just asking b/c the BQE would be the faster way. We live in VA so I don't know the roads in NYC like used to. Later on from my mom she let us know taking the BQE is the long way anyway. So anyway we ended up driving 30 minutes b/c the driver could not find the BQE and the limousine would not turn around b/c he said he had to follow the limo that was in front. Well we never got the limo in front to turn around until we got to a red light and the limo in the back the driver got out and caught up with the first limo and told him to turn around. Mind you this took 30 minutes. We wasted 30 minutes. I was so mad.
So we ended up running late to our cocktail hour. My mom who left the church waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay after we did mouth completely dropped open when she saw the limos just pulling up to the reception hall.
Then we had to pay for overtime in cash. I was so mad. But thank God they didn't ruin our day all teh way. I will give a review on the good things but I just wanted to get this out b/c I don't want any bride using them.
