Do NOT use Lazaro bm gowns!!!
Just want to pass on a little helpful tip, since I have gotten so many here.
Here's the story:
We ordered our Lazaro bm dresses thru Phyllis (who is an ANGEL!) the 1st week of October, for my March 24th wedding.
Lazaro said they'd be delivered by December.
In January - I started to worry. Phyllis called, they said they were backed up, but they would be here 'soon'.
In February, my 2 moh dresses arrived - with the WRONG sashes - we ordered a champagne color, they sent rust. ewww. Phyllis called. They would send the correct fabric with the rest of the dresses (now Phyllis has to make & sew in sashes, btw)
Then 2 bm dresses (out of 6 arrived). The size 2 and the size 24. The in between sizes would take a little longer, but wil be here soon, they said.
Last week, they PROMISED Phyllis they were shipping them on Thursday, and they would be here by Tuesday -10 days before my wedding - even gave her a tracking number.
When they didn't arrive Tuesday, she called, and they said they were overnighting them on Wednesday - they will be here Thursday - 8 days before my wedding. What happened to shipping them last week, and that tracking number?!![]()
When they didn't show up today, Thursday, they said, oh, we didn't overnight them, we sent them 2nd day air - they will arrive by noon FRIDAY! 1 WEEK before my wedding. Nice time to save a little $$ on shipping, and NOT overnight! Are you freakin kidding me?!
So - it is Thursday night, my wedding is next Saturday, and 4 out of 6 bms have no dresses.
MORAL OF THE STORY:
NEVER, EVER BUY A LAZARO BM DRESS. EVER.
