Not sure what the rule is but he is going to match FH. My mom is wearing cocoa, I have an Ivory dress so I thought I would keep FH and dad almost in the same color category

My dad has his own tux and won't be matching anyone.

I don't think that the dad's normally match, but it's completely up to you. We're doing gray for the groomsmen, but the dads will be in black.

I think its totally up to you. Our GMs will be in light and dark grey vests, FH will be in a light grey vest and the dads will be in black....this is the way we decided to it

you can do whatever you would like, but i feel the Dads should be recognized as the Dads and not the bridal party. our dads are wearing the classic black tuxedo with bow tie.

dh wore platinum, groommen wore siliver, dad's wore asphalt. my girls wore apple

Our dads will be in black...the BP is in red and FH will be in silver.

My dad matched my mom, her dress was champagne and his vest and ties was the same but is still coordinated with my bridal party as my BMs wore tuape and the guys had blck vest with stripe ties with taupe, champage, cream and black.
