The Kona Village resort is the closest to AI. They include three meals a day.

A travel agent told me the US doesn't allow all inclusives because of the free flowing alcohol. I'm not sure if this is true, but I haven't been able to find any

i don't think thats true cus clubmed has a resort in Florida (not on the beach) and I believe all club meds have alcohol included. And as far as I know, the poconos has some all inclusive resorts.
