I got Nina pumps for the wedding - they were super comfy in the store. I just put them on at home and am walking around and they are not comfortable :( I've had them on 15 minutes and I want to take them off.... man....

my mom says i jus tneed to break them in.... i think i should still look....

thoughts?

Nina shoes have always hurt my feet. It seems the shoe is made really narrow.

I've learned for myself that if the shoe hurts by my pinky or arch, then you Ia different shoe because it means Ineed a wider width.

Good luck.

If you really love, wear them as much as you can in the house. They will eventually break in. Otherwise, I would get a new pair.

I walked around in my shoes a lot before the wedding.

I found shoes that I absolutely loved, but I had to face the facts that they were never going to work. I tried wearing them a lot to break them in, but it didnt work. The front part dug into the sides of my toes way too much. In the long run, I dont think any one will be looking at my shoes, although I know how you feel, wearing shoes you love just makes you feel better!

Honestly if you need to get them off after only 15 minutes, I would look for another pair, just in case it isn't just a breaking them in issue. Sorry that they are uncomfortable. I do that all the time, in the store they feel like marshmallows and them after a bit of wearing them at home, I want die. Try wearing them around your house for a little bit every day and see how they feel in a week or so. Hope they get more comfy!

I read somewhere that to break in heels you should wear them for 15 minutes several times.

If you really love the shoes then maybe you can take them to the shoe repair and have them stretch it out for you. Otherwise I would find another pair. You will have so much on your mind that day. The last thing you need is for your feet to hurt.

I have the same problem. I wore mine for a fitting and they were killing me.

I'm big on, if they don't feel comfortable the 1st fit keep looking. Good Luck.

I think it depends on how and where they hurt your feet. If your toes are squished, then you need another pair. In the balls of your feet hurt from walking around, the heel might be too high, or they might just need to be broken in - you have to be the judge of that.

I'm getting married the day after you, and I've been wearing my shoes to dance classes to break them in. The pair I bought were the ONLY pair that didn't hurt my feet in the store. Right now there is one little spot that is uncomfortable, but I used moleskin and they are back to being super comfy.

uh oh, now I'm' getting nervous. Mine are Nina and don't seem to hurt my feet. I better wear them some more to make sure. But, it could be they just need to be broken in however like others said it depends on where on your foot they hurt.

I've never had any luck with heels, They always end up hurting my feet. But my rule of thumb has always been if they hurt now they'll hurt more later. Try a wider width if its just pinching or maybe the next size up.Just don't go too big or it'll make it worse.
