do vendors count toward guarantee?

do vendors count toward guarantee?

i am having a small wedding...and i was wondering whether vendors count toward the guarantee? i don't want to go too far over and if they count, that would actually be better for me.

anyone know?! thanks in advance!!

YES....mine did but the only thing was we had to pay full price for their meals BUT we had to pay for our guarantee regardless so I guess it didn't matter anyway

It depends on your hall, you'll need to ask them to be sure.

I THINK the Chateau Briand does count the vendors as part as you min. unless you meet your min and then they are discounted? Im not sure though!

At the Stewart Manor Country Club, they do not count towards the head count... but we do pay for them ($45.00/person)

yes they counted for us because we didn't make our minimum. if we had met our minimum they would have been half price.

If we couldn't meet our minimum, then we could count up to 5 vendors as 'guests' to help meet the minimum! HTH

Depends on the hall!

Our vendors are half price and our BM said every 2 vendor meals could count as 1 toward our minimum.

Yup, same deal at Fox Hollow. Half Price (I got the same thing for kids under 12!!)

mine did but only cause i was under my minimum. if i had gone over they would have been 1/2 price.

im sure all RHs are different but at mine, vendors dont count... momst of the RHs i checked out were the same

yes, my place told me they would count in total if i needed them too and if I am already over my minimum they are half price. HTH

Yep they count in the grand scheme of things, once you meet your minimum your head price for them goes down
