Do we like this outfit for epics? (edited with new pics_

I want something casual but still dressed up - you cant tell in the pic but I have earrings that match the scarf - I will prob only use the scarf in a few pics and use it more as a prop for Justin and I.

What do we think?

I have lots of other outfits if this isnt a YES so be honest.

Post edited because I have the most amazing FH anyone could ask for. He saw me about to cry so he took me to Kohls and helped me pick something out.

The dress is a bit of a brighter eggplant in person and I bought dark gold leaf earrings and a chunky plum beaded bracelet to go with it.

I also bought some shapewear so get rid of those extra rolls I have hiding under my dress hahaha

Now I just need to decide on shoes - I have quite an insane collection of heels so It really depends on what kind of heel and what color to rock with this dress.

Honestly I don't love it. Remember you'll have these pictures forever so you really need to find something you are 100% sure about.

yeah - well a shoot my friend did for us where I am really dressed up and it just seems so un natural. I want these pics to look like 'a random day in nyc'

Justin was going to wear kakhi shorts and a short sleeved blue collard shirt if I wore the first outfit.

I am pmsing nothing looks good. I might just cancel the shoot

I like the outfit but I would do this: add some platform-y shoes, ditch the scarf and wear a shorter, chunky necklace that draws the attention more to your face. You want to draw people's eyes upward, to your face, where you and FH will undoubtedly be nuzzling or kissing or looking otherwise blissful! :)

ETA: Like, I would add a necklace like this, and shoes like these... I think you created a good shape with the outfit, just would change the accessories to draw the eye upward! :)

shush!!!! Doubt it! You just need to find the right outfit with the right fit, the right color and the right belt on your waste can make anyone look 5 lbs lighter if needed! If you were closer I'd come raid your closet and help you!

I feel like the sleeve length doesn't go good with the shorts. It makes me just want to focus on your legs and not your face.

Lindsay, I still think the shape is flattering for you, BUT, I was just thinking, after clicking your profile on the fb group.... why not wear your little white ceremony dress??? If you want to casual it up a little you could add a cardigan??? I think it would be so special to wear that, and I love the idea of wearing white for e-pics (and all other wedding-related activities!)!

I like the. Dress better than the shorts. I've been having a
hard time figuring out an outfit too. Just don't choose shoes that will make the dress to business like, maybe sandals.
