We need to book a limo so now we're trying to figure out timing for the day...
I want photo and video for some of getting ready and getting the dress on but then with the 9 hours, it would fall so that the last hour of the wedding wouldn't be covered.
Do you think it's important to have photography and video for that last hour? Or just one?
Schedule right now: 1:30 Limo pick up GM’s from FH's Parents House Photo and Video Start Time at my Parents House 2:00 Limo arrive at my Parents House 2:15 Reveal Bride in parent's backyard 2:30 Leave parent's house go to OFC Beach 3:00 Arrive at Beach 3:00- 4:15 Take photos/video at beach with Bridal Party and immediate family 4:30 Arrive at OFC 4:30-5:00 Take photos at OFC with immediate family, maybe grandparents 5:00-5:45 Sign Ketubah, fix up hair and makeup 5:30 Invite Arrive Time for Guests 6:00 Get Married!

I am having Photo All Night Video leaves a half an hour before the end. I would like them to be there the whole time

i think you will be fine. i will most likely be doing the same thing because i want those getting ready pics of my fiance and I. my doc said she will arrange for everything to be done by that time like cutting of cake, bouquet toss etc.

all in all, i rather have my photographer be there in the beginning. mine is leaving at 10pm even though my wedding ends at 1:30. if i decide i really want him to stay, he will stay (if i pay him!) the only thing happening after 10pm would be cake cutting and I honestly really don't care that much about it! the prep, the ceremony, the pictures between ceremony and reception with the BP are most important to me. think of what is important to you, then decide.

I think you should be fine - just make sure you do your cake cutting, any special dances, etc., before the last hour.

I have to be to figure out these limo times!! That's why I haven't booked the limo yet..ugh! I need to book a limo before they're all sold out!

I didnt pay attention when i booked my photog and i asked them to come at 2pm... which forced them to have to leave before my reception was over...
even now looking at the pics it def didnt bother me that they werent there the entire night because my videographer was there for it!

ours left at like 11 i think ( an hour before it was over ) it didnt bother us. we used Thomas Paul and like Tom said how many pictures do u need of people dancing?

this!! My photographer left before the reception was over. I really really really hope the videographer stayed (I have no idea)- when I get my unedited video this week I'll be really upset if he wasnt there until the end- that was were all the really drunk fun dances happened! So if I had to choose one I'd pick video til the end.

Can you book the limo up until at least drop off at the ceremony/reception? That way you can have that settled then figure out if you'll need a pick up or a party bus pickup?

He will be there at 1:30 my wedding is at 2:30.... He is supposed to leave at 10:00pm but since my Rh ends until 10:30, they will stay wth us =-) Because i told them I DONT WANT Photographer/videographer to leave.... I want Videos/Pics taken the whole time....
Sorry but this is My opinion.... I do need them for the last hour!

We're having photo and video for our last hour. We're also having a Viennese hour and they're staying for that too. I didn't want to miss any good moments.

I'm not having it, my contract is for 10 hours and I need the TP there at 12 for getting ready shots which means he will be leaving at 10, my wedding isn't over until 11:30.

No, not unless you have something planned at the end of you reception. Otherwise, the won't miss much.

i wish the video guy stayed till the end. thats when my FIL went crazy and started to break dance and what not. then again he was drunk from when the party started so im sure there is plenty of him!
