I am going to be 28 this year and I am fine with it....I always look back and think 'I knew NOTHING at 21!' (no offense AT ALL to all of you who are 21)
I have a lot of friends that want to be married, have kids, have a perfect house, etc. by 30 and they are killing themselves to get it all by then.....I just think it is a number.

yea same here.. i love it when ppl ask me for my ID when i get stuff... but sometimes if i'm in a rush i get pissed...
i dont think i'll freak out until i turn 30... but then again when you look young it doesn't matter.. lol

I dont think i worry too much about age ..to me Its how you physically feel ...but then again everyone has different goals for themselves. my father was very young when he passed so I just want to enjoy my time I have here.

At times I think its just a number.
But then I get scared... See, FHs sister in law and brother were together for 9 years. NEVER lived together, never slept over eachothers houses, never got apartments... and JUST got married...
Now, since their 30 and 35... there already set in their ways and are so unhappy.
That makes me worry and say I NEVER want to be like that...
Ive been on my own for most my life, and I see all my friends (all are either married with kids, married or getting married) and I say 'I really just want that... without getting old' lol
But it is kind of scary to think about age. Sometimes i say im 21 and my family looks at me like im retarded and their like 'Um that was how many years ago'... as stupid as that sounds...

i don't worry about it... I think my FH does at times.. we are 5 and a half years apart.. which is nothing really..... but I think he worries about waiting too long to have kids and him wanting to be 'young' when we have kids.. etc... but really.. we don't stress over it!!!!

Me and my FH are 5 years apart too! He's 30 i'm 25. We dont worry about it much..
Well only when I think of having kids.. I dont want to be too old when I have my first baby.

Not yet...Im only 25 at the moment and I cant really believe Im that age. I still act young, mature about some things but really you only live once so i believe in taking advantage!!! Im still a party girl (even tho im engaged and hes a total homebody) he loves me for me. Plus i try not to waste time or dwell on coulda, woulda, shoulda. My mom died before thirty so i believe we all live on borrowed time so enjoy life and dont stress!

Nah. Looking back I thought I would have it all by the time I was 25. Husband, house, kids. Now Im almost 27 and I still think Im not ready for a lot of things yet and that I have so much time to do all the things I want to do!

I agree people usually think I'm 16!! It can be really annoying sometimes. Especially dress shopping when all the sales people kept asking my 16 year old sister if she was the bride!!

Sometimes it bothers me. Like a few months ago (before FH and I were engaged) a lot of my friends (who are all younger then me) were getting married and buying houses and stuff and here FH and I were, not even engaged and I am still in school. I kind of felt like I just wanted to start my life for real already. But now that graduation is only a year away and FH and I are finally planning the wedding I feel much better about it. I'll be 28 in less then a month and FH just turned 26...we don't want to have children so I am not worrying about the whole, having children over 30 thing.

I think I will always be a kid and heart. FH and I have similar personalities when it comes to enjoying life so we are set with our life plans. Now its all about us and the engagement. As long as we have each other age doesn't matter - everything will fall into place

it doesnt bother me at all. partly because im still young. but then i get the 'youre too young' talk. so that bothers me a bit. i wish people would realize its just a number and shouldnt define what you can and cant do or who you are.

I dont know if I worry but I'm not crazy about the idea of aging. I still consider myself to be a kid, I dont think that will ever change.
