Do you ALWAYS wear your engagement ring?

FH got upset because I wasn't wearing my ring when we went out with some friends the other day.

I always take it off when I'm home and sometimes forget to put it back on when I run off to work.

funny you should ask! I wear it all the time to do everything because I wouldn't remember to put it on, but I was painting last night and took it off and now, 6 days to the wedding, I am not wearing my ring I can't believe I forgot to put it on!!!

I take mine off when I get home from work.....I don't like to have it on when I am making dinner, taking a shower, scooping the cat box, etc.

Out of the house - yes. In the house I take it off if I need to put on rubber gloves for cleaning, to put on hand cream, or hair gel.

I ALWAYS wear mine, it feels like i am naked when i rarely do take it off.

Wow, I can't believe that I'm the only one that doesn't wear my engagement ring as often. I sometimes go days without wearing my ring only because I work manufacturing makeup and don't want to get hot lipstick, foundation, gloss etc smeared all over it. My FH wasn't bothered one bit when I told him that I wouldn't wear it to work. In the begining I would take it off when I got to work and put it back on when I left but was worried something my happen to it. Sometimes I'll put a differant ring on my left finger...but didn't like how this looked. I also don't put it on the second I get home, only when going out. I've gotton mixed reactions about this. My FH's boss even got annoyed, his reaction was 'do you know how much that cost...you better not take it off...someday your going to get into trouble.'

I always wear it. I don't take it off ever, not to shower, work out or sleep. i am too afraid I will lose it or the cat will play with it and it will be gone.

I ALWAYS WEAR MINE WHEN I GO OUT/WORK, ETC. , BUT I TAKE IT OFF ALSO WHEN I GET HOME!!

Yes, with the exception of cleaning, cooking and the shower.

Yes, I wear mine all the time when I go out.

I do not wear it if I am cleaning the house, showering and sleeping. Once in a while if I am home after waking up and do not have anything planned, I will not put it on until I am ready to go out for the day.

I don't wear it on the times I mentioned above b/c wearing it while cleaning, taking a shower or sleeping can cause it to become dirty and lose its bling.

Just my opinion though.

the only time I don't wear it is when I am washing dishes, in the shower or sleeping...I think FH would get upset if I went out without wearing it...

I never take mine off. It is on when I sleep, eat, shower, work..no matter what.

The only time the ring comes off is if I am sleeping, cleaning or taking a shower.....

I only take it off when washing dishes and showering...Otherwise its part of my hand!
but the other day i did forget to put it back on after the shower & when I saw him--he noticed! he was upset, but understood.
