plan on meeting and greeting during the CH?? FH suggested it and at first I wasn't sure if we should bc I never really seen that done before. We've talked about it a few times and that's what we'll be doing. So that way we can enjoy the party and dance and make the most of the night....any other couples plan on doing the same??

FH and I decided we will do that to get it over and done with. We'll have plenty of alone time in the Rolls Royce... then we'll go eat a little something with the BP...then we'll run down to the CH and meet and greet. Those 4 hours are going to FLY away... so we want to make the most of it. Also, we want to be the first to enter the main room for the RH to take pics.... Sooo... we nned to see the people in CH to get to the RH main room... Its hard to hide a huge white dress! LOL

We'll definitely get that done with during the CH. We want to enjoy the party too! I've been to a few weddings where the B&G did that and it worked out so much better for them

I definitely would prefer getting that done during CH, I want to be able to be done with pics in time to make the CH, one because food is the best there, and two because it frees up a lot more time during the reception.
we r still up in the air about it ..im leaning more towards going to the ch

FH and I will be going to the CH but we will probably slip out early and spend some alone time in the bridal suite.

We are taking pictures before the CH so we'l se each other beforehand. Also, we'll both be there during the CH because our ceremony is after the CH. JT's CH is soooooo good, no reason to miss it!

I'm glad to hear we aren't the only ones planning on doing this, Ch meet and greets are becoming more and more popular. I think it's a great idea.. I wanna party and dance all night long...

The CH is the best part of almost any wedding so I refuse to miss it! Plus, we can really enjoy our reception if we get the hello's out of the way earlier!

Our CH is 90 minutes long (6:30-8:00). We are going to have some food in the suite alone first. We'll make our rounds saying hello but not as soon as CH starts and then disappear again shortly before it ends until we're introduced

We're making the rounds and small talk during cocktail hour...so we're not spending the entire reception doing the 'air-kiss oh my god you look fabulous' chit chat all night =) But we are doing a 6 hour reception, the last hour being all dancing, so if we are air kissing all evening at least we'll have the final hour for dancing with our friends.

We plan on finishing photos just before the CH and attending the CH but I think we will wait to greet everyone during the reception.
