we do once in awhile....mostly recently for our mortgage/house buying stuff.

Yes, we know all of each other passwords and hints. I especially need them when he is deployed.
Never really use them, just have them in case.

I have access to his but never use it. He doesn't know my passwords but that's just because he never asked.

We know eachothers passwords but I don't go in his email unless he asks me to (like if he is on the road and needs information or somthing like that).

We don't at all. We had a large fight after we first started dating and FH was feeding my cat while I was away and went on my computer that auto-logs me into the email. Well, he found some old emails from guys, exs, etc., and we nearly broke up (him being upset cause he thought I was still seeing them, me because he violated my trust going online under my name). I know we are obviously beyond that now, but I just like to have privacy for emails and stuff. Nothing funny going on, just if my friends want to confide in me I don't want them to feel he reads everything too.

No. . his passwords are too freaking complicated! Computer nerd!
occasionally, one of us will be at the desk & one is lazy on the couch so we will check for each other, but we have to talk each other through the passwords. No secrets to keep though (except whe he was planning my shower) we open it in front of each other all the time.

we know eachothers passwords, and on our computers at home you don't need to log in, its just there in outlook.
However, I haven't ever gone into his (and I doubt he has gone into mine without me knowing).
there have been times when I needed a phone number or somethign at work and asked him to go to my computer and open an old message to get it. Its really no big deal, but we generally respect each others privacy as a courtesy.
