Do you belive in 'signs'

Original post by FinallyEngaged

I totally believe in signs.... and well there have been so many signs for my wedding and it freaks me out sometimes!!!

Example..... Saturday March 8th was exactly 8 months to my wedding and FH and I were at a party and sat at table 8.....

Ok, u girls probably think i am dub, but i got so excited!!

Another example, FH's favorite number is 11 (for u Rangers Fans out there, it is b/c of Messier) Anyway, we are getting married in November, month number 11

Yet another example, we have seen like a million houses, and the house so far that we like the best address was One Eleven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How about u girls, anything happen that made u take a step back and be like WHOA!

Hi 07er crashing- I completely believe in signs. I believe in psychics, mediums, etc. DH thinks I am crazy. . .Anyway, My cousin was killed in a car accident on May 7, 2003. That was the worst day of my life!! We were exactly one year apart, the best of friends and looked a lot alike. We were always asked if we were twins. I spoke to her right b4 the accident. Every time May 7th rolled around I was miserable. It was so hard to deal with. My MIL happens to work in the school where I teach and she mentioned she had a single son. We went on a date, at first I didn't like him but gave it some time. Things ended up working out (obviously ), After a few weeks of dating he told me his birthday is May 7th. At that point I knew my cousin brought him to me. I still get a sad on May 7th, but not as sad as I did b4 I met DH. My cousin always wanted me to meet someone nice and was always by my side when I was going through a break up or anything terrible. I thank her everyday for my hubby.

** At my wedding we lit a candle for her that I made with her picture and my priest told the story on how we met. It had everyone in tears.

It's not really a sign per se, but my favorite # has always been 29. It was my number playing sports when I was younger, and playing lacrosse in college, we got engaged when I was 29, and we are getting married on Nov 29th!

Very much so - some things are just too hard to explain away by coincidence.

FH and I have been through a lot together...but a year and a half ago our grandmothers passed away at the same time. And I mean literally at the same time... We were at the hospital with my grandmother when she passed away when FH's father called him to tell him that his grandmother had passed away as well and that they were at the same hospital. Both were pretty unexpected.
