Do you call your banquet manager when you have questions?

Do you call your banquet manager when you have questions?

I have a thousand questions about the set up of cocktail hour, place cards and everything that I can put in the reception room but I feel like calling my banquet manager with six months left would make me look like a huge PITA. Have any of you called your banquet manager to ask questions with so much time left? I'd hate to feel annoying but I want to know how much stuff I can order to fit the space.

***Specifically Westbury Manor brides...have you annoyed Felicia and how does she respond? ***

I feel like a nut. I think it's because FH will be away for the weekend at a bachelor party and I have nothing to do tonight but stress the little details.

Why don't you start a list / email draft of your questions and then when you have a whole bunch, send it in an email to your banquet manager. That way she can respond when she has time and you'll get all your answers together without being too intrusive since you do have a lot of time before the wedding?

Just a suggestion.

I emailed her once before and it took forever to get a response.

I call pretty frequently, and I'm even farther out than you! I don't feel it's annoying, because my questions are legitimate, and it's their job. I have to deal with it at mine, so they can deal at theirs LOL.

I always have questions, and I email our Banquet Manager at the Watermill. He is great about getting back to me.

You know what... not for nothing but with the amount of money we are paying these RHs I think we have the right to call whenever the heck we feel like it! It is their job to address your needs/concerns so I say call away!!
