$900 clams? thats just not right....
Coach. However, I used to be able to rationalize my spending $250 on a good leather bag. My Coach bags have lasted many years of abuse. But now everything is vinyl, plastic, canvas, or that foamy material. I refuse....

When I get commission checks- it goes into the house fund- until we win Mega Millions-or until we buy a house- no more expensive bags... totally stinks...
That bag is a beauty- use it in good health!
Also are you in sales? What do you sell that is doing so well in this horrible economy? Wanted to know if I should change careers!

speaking of shopping in italy- I might have to give Sage my credit card for when she goes- shop-at-your-own discretion.. you wanna come over and learn how to sign my signature????
The last time I got a commission check was 1 1/2 years ago- that is how BAD it is.... not i'm crying.

Here's my budget summer tote from LLBean. Old school preppy I got the small one with my name on it.
I am actually considering getting them for our RingBearer and jr. Bridesmaid

Yes girlies, I am in sales. I work for Yahoo actually selling ad space. I lucked out with some good accounts, so I make pretty decent money. I started out as an assistant straight out of college and worked my way up.
There's the story morning glory!!

My job isn't as cracked up as it seems. I work my a$$ off. Speaking of working my a$$ off, since I started coming on this site I have been slacking...lol You girls are just so entertaining. I actually have to run to a call now.
As far as the wedding goes....Big Daddy is paying for the wedding, my dad is waaaaaaaaaaay old fashion. But I'm not complaining....

Sage-Yippie skippy- I am SO excited- I am going to start saving my nickels and give you some cash-ola- whoo hooo
Kim-you are lucky you work for a good site because I know a few ad sales people who aren't making ANY commissions (although they do have ridiculously HIGH salaries).

A lot of my bags were brought back from Europe by my grandparents (Fendi, Gucci). They are all vintage by now. There are a lot of good websites to buy designer bags that are much cheaper than the stores.
Re: Do you carry a name brand purse and if so which one currently?
Sassyz- thats the good thing, I actually just have really good accounts who keep coming back. Some of my co-workers aren't as lucky and aren't making much commission at all. Knock on wood, I did luck out.

My friend got a really bad list- it's taken her 2 years to make any money- and it's been a fight tooth & nail...
