I do do them everyday, but not long enough to see better results. That is the one exercise I HATE doing

I used to. But I got married and stopped doing them. I used to get up 10 minutes earlier in the morning and put in a 10-minute abe tape. I should do this when I go back to work in September. I also used to go to abs classes twice a week. That stopped as well.

i don't do abs once a year.

i don't workout. i should. especially since my gown is a tight fit & the wedding is so close. but i'm unbelievable lazy & hate the gym. so i've accepted my flab.
